The experimental results indicate that as the concentration of aluminium sulfate for drilling fluids treatment increases, the viscosity of the mud gradually decreases and the fluidity improves.

 

We studied the adsorption and flocculation effects of aluminum sulphate for drilling fluids treatment on impurities in mud. The experimental results indicate that aluminum sulfate can effectively aggregate impurities such as rock cuttings and drilling cuttings together, facilitating subsequent cleaning and discharge. At the same time, aluminium sulphate for drilling fluids treatment can also purify harmful substances in mud and improve its anti pollution ability.

 

We studied the effect of aluminum sulfate on the stability of mud. The experimental results show that the stability of the slurry is significantly improved after adding aluminum sulfate, and the bubbles and foam in the slurry are effectively avoided.
