In the cold north of winter, you can choose to add iron free aluminum sulfate around 10am or 3pm, when the temperature is higher.
But when the temperature is too high, PAC hydrolyzes quickly and reacts too quickly with pollutants in water, forming small and hydrated flocs that increase the moisture content of sludge and increase the cost of sludge treatment. Iron free aluminum sulfate may also become inactive at high temperatures, and its polymer flocculation effect cannot be exerted. Therefore, when using aluminum sulfate, the water temperature can be controlled above 5 ℃, preferably between 20 ℃ and 50 ℃. That is, under normal constant temperature, the higher the temperature, the more intense the Brownian motion and the faster the reaction rate.
Therefore, when using iron free aluminum sulfate, we must control the temperature well and not be too high or too low, otherwise it will affect its effectiveness.
