Description of non ferric 17% aluminum sulfate flakes: The product contains 18 crystalline water. It can be in the form of white powder, shiny flakes or crystalline small flakes, odorless, and changes from sweet to slightly astringent.
Non ferric 17% aluminum sulphate flake is mainly used as a sizing agent for papermaking and a flocculant for drinking water, industrial water, and wastewater treatment. Non ferric 17% aluminium sulfate flake is also a raw material for producing artificial gemstones and other aluminum salts, such as ammonium alum, potassium alum, and refined aluminum sulfate. In addition, non ferric aluminum sulphate is widely used as a clarifying agent, petroleum deodorizing and decolorizing agent, concrete waterproofing agent, paper forging white, flame retardant coating, polymer material flame retardant, titanium dioxide post-film treatment, and catalyst carrier in the production of building materials industry. When iron free aluminum sulfate is used in the building materials industry, it is used as a waterproofing agent and catalyst in concrete. Aluminum sulfate non ferric 17% can also be used as an accelerator, as a chemical additive for fire prevention and refractory mortar; Another use is as foaming agent in fire extinguishing foam.
